IATA Cancellation Policy:
- Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome
at no extra charge. - Should you wish to cancel completely a charge of 50% of the registration fee
will be made for cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior the conference start date Alternatively, you may choose a credit note for the full value
of the registration price (valid for 1 year), which may be put towards another IATA commercial event. - IATA regrets that no cancellations will be accepted within 30 days
of the conference start date. Credit notes will not be issued for cancellations
received within 30 days of the event. Prepayments will not be refunded and
invoiced sums will be payable in full . - Event documentation will, however be made available to the delegate.
IATA reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.
